What is ISO 17024:2012?

ISO/IEC 17024: Conformity assessment - General requirements for bodies operating certification of persons is an International Standard which specifies criteria for the operation of a Personnel Certification Body (also known as a certification body for persons).

The ISO17024 “The citification scheme” provides a uniform set of guidelines for organizations managing the qualifications and certification of persons, including procedures for the development and maintenance.

This helps organizations build an efficient workforce and gains retention also stakeholder and employee trust.
